I have been going here for a couple of years now. I always feel rushed and not heard when I’m with the nurse. I have never seen a doctor (or been offered to see one) it’s always a nurse that talks with me and she decides what is best for me. I always have to call them for my blood work results. When it’s time for a monthly refill my pharmacist has to call the office several times and when that doesn’t work I have to call them myself.UPDATEAfter posting the above post my experience has greatly improved. I no longer have to call for my blood work. When I come in for my scheduled appointment the nurse and I review my results. We make adjusts to my medication. if needed. The previous issues between Herkare and the pharmacy has not been a problem. The communication between my pharmacy and Herkare has improved so I no longer have to get involved.I have recommended Herkare to several of my friends and I will continue to do so.

This awesome place drastically changed my life from the first day I walked in. I sat in that warm, peaceful room feeling hopeless with symptoms for which I had no answers. I was fighting tears in that moment until I met Dania whose smile instantly reassured me (without me knowing how or why). I shared with Dania (Southlake HerKare’s outstanding clinical leader) how tired and irritated I felt on a daily basis with no justifiable reason. I was so frustrated with unexplained weight gain, unable to lose it despite all of the normal effective strategies I had used my whole life. I desperately tried on my own to resolve all of these symptoms, to no avail. I hate going to see the doctor for any reason, but I was desperate. Dania explained in detail what happens in the normal aging process with women’s hormone levels and the impact this has on every aspect of women’s lives. She thoroughly evaluated me, leaving no stone unturned. She listened to me with love and empathy and patiently answered all of my questions. And, she had the answers. They diligently and meticulously evaluated my lab results and put an affective treatment plan in place. At last...I found someone who cared enough to not brush it off and knew exactly what to do to help me. What a relief!I had no idea the incredible impact Dania and the Southlake HerKare team would have on my life. I have worked in the healthcare profession for the last 39 years. While I am no expert, my experience in the healthcare field has afforded me the ability to be able to discern excellent clinical oversight and treatment versus not. I am not an easy critic as I have zero tolerance for substandard care and poor bedside manner. HerKare’s clinicians and Dania’s attention to detail and close monitoring of their patients’ health is the BEST, hands down, bar none. I have referred several friends who shared with me their angst with the same symptoms. Their feedback regarding their 5-star experience at HerKare matches mine as well.I have been going to HerKare every two weeks for the last six years. I cannot imagine going back to the way life was before I walked through those HerKare doors. I now have endless energy, weight loss, and my daily positive outlook on life has returned. My experience: Everyone at the clinic is wonderful. I started my Semaglutide journey in March 2024. As of today I have lost 27lbs. It may not seem like much but slow and steady wins the race...with less saggy skin too. While they don't take insurance I am more than happy to pay out of pocket. I spend 50% less on groceries now, I am healthier and fit in shorts that I couldn't button 4 years ago. I highly recommend HerKare in Southlake. They are the best!

Let me start with how incredible the staff is! Every time I call and speak to Aubrey she is the most polite and accommodating! I go for testosterone therapy and the staff always makes it so comfortable. They are friendly and make the injection as easy as possible, I never even feel it! I've been on this journey for the last 9 months.I wanted to share as I feel my story may help encourage someone else.After I got covid in November of 2021 my health went down hill. I had severe acide reflix, lung issues, possibility of sleep apnea, asthma , sever anxiety, always lethargic and no energy. This prevented me from working out as I wanted due to always being tired and no energy and feel drained. With that said I gained so much weight. In March of 2020 I was diagnosed with diabetes . Tried for a year to do something about it and due to health issues I felt depleted.I went to several Dr's trying to fund answers and nothing.Until I found Her kare. Mrs Lily has definitely Been a blessing and her amazing team as well. This clinic turned my life around and would recommend everyone.I went to Dr started to get B12 shots which were only temporary but this was to give me the energy I needed to get back in the gym.After only 3 months of eating healthy and working out I was able to come off of 3 meds. I no longer have to take the shots as now I have all the energy in the world!! One med was an inhaler I used to be able to open my lungs and breathe better especially at night, my arise reflux pills and anxiety meds.I am now at 9 months and still feel great and no needs for meds.I've always seen and heard your diet has alot to do with your health and how people have gotten off meds after changing their lifestyle.Now that I have done it it's life changing.I now am able to sleep at night and get up well rested. I had years of sleepless nights and waking up out of breath.Today I went to Dr for follow up on Weight management and labs and to add to my list above I am no longer in pre diabetic range.I never went on insulins when they told me i had diabetes i told my dr i wanted to do it the natural way with no meds. So here i am 9 months later and im able to take diabetes off my list of health Issues.Thank you Dr lily and her staff for helping me on my journey to a better healthier life. I went from size Xl to medium in 9 months.I posted my before and after so you all can see the results. These are real pics not photo shopped.
