Raymond Westbrook, D.O.
Dr. Westbrook attended undergraduate school at Texas Tech University, and graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 1999 as a Doctor of Osteopathy. He completed his residence in the Internal Medicine division of Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. Following completion of his residency, Dr. Westbrook established a successful Internal Medicine practice in Arlington, Texas. During the course of treating his patients, Dr. Westbrook developed a professional interest in focusing on the treatment of hormonal deficiencies. This interest led him to join the team at HerKare where he currently serves as the National Medical Director.
Courtney Beaton, Health Coach

Courtney Beaton graduated from Texas Women’s University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with an emphasis in Dietetics.  Prior to joining Low T Center and HerKare, Courtney had the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge and experience with nutrition counseling while working at UT Southwestern Medical center as the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Dietician, as well as while assisting the City of Dallas WIC Program (Women, Infant and Children) as their Clinical Nutritionist and Certifying Authority. Courtney joined the Low T Center and HerKare family in 2016 as a Personal Health Coach to help serve patients at the Southlake locations. She has enthusiastically helped launch and implement Low T Center and HerKare’s Balanced Diet Nutrition & Exercise programs, as well as the Ideal Protein-Weight Loss Method that is medically designed to help with weight loss and a healthier lifestyle.

HerKare – Bellaire
Brandi Manning, MSN, FNP-C
Brandi completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, and then moved into private practice as a Registered Nurse.  Following ten years’ of practice in acute care, Brandi continued her education at The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where she earned a Master in Science of Nursing.  She is certified in Family Practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners organization.


HerKare – Frisco

Susen Derrick, RN, FNP-C

Susen Derrick is licensed by the State of Texas as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She has an impressive academic background, which includes a Master’s in the Science of Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, Bachelor’s in the Science of Human Biology, and Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing, with academic honors, from Texas Tech University.  She brings a special interest in women’s wellness, and a vast amount of medical experience to HerKare, having practiced clinical nursing since 1997.  Through her extensive experience in Emergency Medicine and Cardiology, she came to realize the importance of balanced sex hormones and thyroid hormones due to their impact on so many systems in the human body.


HerKare – League City
Kari Hartmann, PA-C
Kari Hartmann is originally from Minnesota, where she attended the College of St. Benedict and was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science with a minor in Psychology.  She then earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.  Following completion of her education, Kari spent ten years at MD Anderson Cancer Center, focusing on breast cancer and endocrine disorders.  During her time at MD Anderson, Ms. Hartmann coordinated several clinical trials.  She is a published author on the topic of thyroid disease in women and its relation to the treatment of cancer. 


HerKare – Mansfield

Annaliese D’Arcy, PA-C
Annaliese D’Arcy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University before pursuing a career in nursing. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Woman’s University. Upon graduating, Annaliese worked in the Emergency Department and began studying to become a nurse practitioner. She earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Georgetown University with a concentration in Family Practice. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Annaliese values a well-balanced healthy lifestyle, and has a passion for helping people reach their full potential.

Dania Khoncarly, PA-C, MPAS, BSN, RN

Dania Khoncarly completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington. She then provided several years of professional and practical medical care as a Registered Nurse before attending The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas where she obtained a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. As part of her advance studies, Dania did extensive research on the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease. She was awarded the Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women, representing Arlington, Texas. Dania Khoncarly brings a vast wealth of both educational and clinical experience to HerKare. With her experience and knowledge, she desires to help enhance the quality of patient care for women’s health.
