What To Expect Following Treatment

Most patients experience a mild, sun-burned like sensation, possibly accompanied by some minor swelling in the treated area, which can last from 2-24 hours immediately following treatment. There may also be some mild flaking of skin where sun damage and pigment were in the treatment area.  This is part of the desired response and can be expected to last for up to a week, culminating in smoother, healthier appearing skin.
